One room at a time
Your helper works alongside you to sort what stays, what goes and where things should live. You make the decisions; they do the lifting, bagging and cleaning as each space clears.
We are often asked to help in homes where possessions have built up over many years, sometimes after other cleaners have turned the job down or could not work around it. We send the same helper every visit, someone calm and kind who works with you rather than around you. Read more about our hoarder cleaning.
People also come to us before a move, after a bereavement, or when a spare room has simply filled up. Once a space is clear, regular visits can keep it that way.
Decluttering is £25 an hour, and each visit lasts at least 2 hours.

A proper clean of every room, plus laundry and ironing, changing the beds and keeping on top of the kitchen and bathroom.

Spring cleans, moving in or out, and sorting rooms that have become hard to manage, at your pace and without judgement.

Helpers are insured to drive you to appointments, the shops and social events. They can also do the weekly shop, collect prescriptions and tidy the garden.

Companionship and befriending
A chat over a cuppa, a walk, a trip to a café or a local group. Regular company and outings to look forward to.

Getting your home ready, doing the shopping and keeping things ticking over while you recover.
